We’ll protect more lonely and neglected “backyard dogs.” Your compassion has helped my team deliver nearly 165 free sturdy doghouses and almost 1,700 bales of straw this year in order to provide dogs forced to live outdoors with a modicum of comfort and protection from the bitter winter chill and stifling summer heat.
We’ll respond to more emergency calls about cruelty. Your support has powered the work of our Emergency Response Team as they responded to the dozens of calls and e-mails they receive about cruelty to animals each day—more than 11,000 this year.
We’ll reach more animals with PETA’s mobile clinics. Your generosity has given our Mobile Clinics Division the funds it needed to sterilize more than 12,720 cats and dogs this year, each one at little or no cost to their appreciative guardians.
