Creating Pride in Families - A New Resource for ERGs from PFLAG National

In these tumultuous times, PFLAG National’s philanthropic partners have identified an emerging need for employer-offered resources to support parents and caregivers who have lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning kids of all ages—and PFLAG National knew we could help.

Our Learning & Inclusion team has launched Creating Pride in Families, a new program pulling together best practices, resources, and tools to help companies launch, maintain, or revitalize internal peer-support groups for employees.

We then won a preliminary injunction to stop this executive order from being carried out while litigation commenced. But it's far from over: The government has appealed that decision to the Fourth Circuit, and has also asked the trial court to stay its preliminary injunction…but the trial court has not yet ruled.
