Many of us are enjoying the last remaining days of summer vacation and are gearing up for resuming back to school routines. Classical music may play a big role in our daily routines, from being a carpool companion for parents to discovering the joy of making music for young students in their school band, orchestra, or chorus. No matter the age, there is always something new to learn and discover from classical music, whether it's a new favorite piece you heard on-air, an unfamiliar musical term, or a new perspective on your favorite composer to name a few. We hope that WETA Classical can be your companion to life-long learning and discovery of the music you love.
