Patrolman Joseph Barlow 

McAlester Police Department, Oklahoma

On March 20, 2023, Patrolman Joseph Barlow succumbed to injuries received on March 17th, when he was struck head-on while escorting a funeral procession for a member of his department who had passed away.

The procession was traveling on Highway 75, near 151st Street S in Glenpool, when the pickup truck crossed the center line and struck his patrol car head-on. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries three days later
