Teen drivers are at a higher risk of fatalities due to impaired driving.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reports that drinking any amount of alcohol before driving increases the risk of a crash amongst teen drivers and that teen drivers have a higher risk of crashing at the same Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) as an adult, even if it’s below the legal limit.
