Made it through…

... Long night, early days – Election Day 2022 has passed. Maine Public’s news team was spread across the state to bring live results and next day analysis. A growing cohort of Somali-Americans are headed to Augusta and Gov. Janet Mills returns to the Blaine House. Read up on anything you missed at mainepublic.org.

A story about Indigenous jazz and Wabanaki bassist and composer Mali Obomsawin caught my eyes and ears this week. We also looked at climate skepticism down east, and the benefit of “blue spaces."

With a historic lens of varying scope, we tackle 100 years since the opening of King Tut’s tomb, and explore the re-mixing of the Beatle’s classic, “Revolver.”

Maine Calling is live with their Veterans Day program Friday, so be sure to tune-in at 11 a.m. or catch the evening rebroadcast at 7 p.m.

Later!
