Video Presentations from Myeloma Experts at ASCO and EHA 2022 Top cancer researchers from across the globe gathered this year for the annual American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting and European Hematology Association (EHA) Congress. The International Myeloma Foundation (IMF) team is providing these lecture-type video presentations to keep you updated on the latest developments in clinical trials and studies on CAR T-cell therapies, bispecifics, four-drug combination therapies, and more. Best of 2022 ASCO & EHA: What Patients and Care Partners Need to Know The Best of 2022 ASCO & EHA: What Patients and Care Partners Need to Know will be happening on Thursday, July 7 at 4 p.m. PST/ 5 p.m. MT/ 6 p.m. CT/ 7 p.m. ET. In this 60-minute webinar, the International Myeloma Foundation (IMF) will be presenting highlights of the recently concluded 2022 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting and European Hematology Association (EHA) Congress. At the end of the presentation, participants can ask questions during the Q&A session.


IMF Virtual Regional Community Workshop — South Atlantic States The IMF Regional Community Workshop (RCW) – South Atlantic States will be held on Saturday, July 16 at 10:00 a.m. ET. IMF Senior Director of Regional Community Workshops Kelly Cox will kick off the workshop. Guest speakers include Craig Hofmeister, MD, MPH (Winship Cancer Institute—Atlanta, GA); Ciara Freeman, MD, PhD (Moffit Cancer Center—Tampa, FL); and Nurse Leadership Board (NLB) Member Charise Gleason, MSN, NP-C, AOCNP (Winship Cancer Institute—Atlanta, GA). The workshop will include an introduction to myeloma, upfront treatments at diagnosis, maintenance therapy, relapse information, and an update on clinical trials. NLB Member Charise Gleason will talk about managing side effects and symptoms of myeloma and its treatments. After each presentation with the experts, attendees will have ample time to ask questions.
