May 15 is International Day of Families

This Friday May 15th is International Day of Families! We’re celebrating in partnership with LGBTQ+ organizations around the world by sharing the message that LOVE is what makes a family.

Founded by a mother in support of her gay son, PFLAG National has been a champion of love and affirmation for LGBTQ+ people and their loved ones for over 50 years. At the heart of our mission is one universal truth: That all LGBTQ+ people deserve loving and affirming families, and that families who embrace their LGBTQ+ loved ones’ authenticity are all the stronger for it.
