Do you need a little help getting moving before the June 8 event? Our Huntsman Hero Running Coach, Elfi Ortenburger, created a Couch to 5K/10K program to help get you ready!

Need a ride to the Salem Starting Line?

To provide this shuttle service, 22 or more spots must be sold before May 15 (TONIGHT). Please reserve your spot if you’ll be taking the shuttle!

New this year — Shuttle to Salem Starting Line for the first 44 riders to reserve their spot. The cost for Huntsman SportsFest Fundraisers of $250 or more is $30; For non-fundraisers, the cost is $80. Sign up and view more details here.

Additional Salem Start Line Details

Pack Pick-up: For a smooth event day, we highly encourage all participants starting in Salem to pick up their packets on Friday, June 7, at the finish line at Fort Douglas Field in Salt Lake City. Packets will include your bib number with emergency contact information, your event t-shirt, and your fundraising jersey (if applicable). For those unable to make it on Friday, there will be a pre-event packet pickup at Salem Hills High School on the morning of June 8 from 5 am – 6 am

Start Time: 6 am for both the 140- and 105-mile distances.

Gear Check: We will have a vehicle at the Salem start line for bag drop that will bring your items to the finish line. Note: these items will go straight to the finish line and will not be accessible at other rest stops.

Parking: Cyclists riding from Salem will be able to park in the Salem Hills High School parking lot near the start line. Vehicles can remain parked there throughout the event day.

For the SportsQuest scavenger hunt, we’ll be using Goosechase, an online app to track your progress and watch you crush every mission along the way. Watch for an email at the end of this week with full details to get all set for the mission launch on June 8!
