Starting 2023 with Better Health

In this week’s blog, IMF Chairman of the Board and Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Brian G.M. Durie provides several tips to starting off the new year with better health. He recommends three new books: one about living to a hundred through the Blue Zone diet, another about the new science of breathing properly, and a third one on de-stressing by enjoying the company of birds in your backyard. Dr. Durie advises to keep your mind away from the troubles of the day and to focus on improving your overall health in 2023.
