🔁 Looking to swap participants?
Until April 30 you can swap out participants without losing your deposit. Below are the steps to swap information for the same types of attendees (youth to youth or adult to adult).
Unfortunately the information is locked if your participant will attend the MYLE or the tAble or has received financial assistance or synod support to attend. Please email [email protected] with your congregational ID, the former attendee’s name and the new attendee’s information. We’ll be happy to swap them out on our end.
1) Log in to the congregation's registration portal.
2) Click "Add/Edit Youth (or Adult) Participants."
3) Click the pencil icon next to the name of the person who isn’t coming.
4) Replace their information with the new person’s information.
5) Make sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the screen once all edits have been made.

Youth between the ages of 13-17 can take advantage of Youth Accounts from our partner, the ELCA Federal Credit Union, just in time for the Gathering!

Our Youth Checking accounts have no monthly fees or minimum balance requirements, though the account holder must have an existing savings account ($25 minimum balance). All youth participants (age 13 and up) as well as volunteers, adults and church leaders attending the Gathering are eligible for membership with the ELCA Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative designed to serve our church and our communities.

🔁 Looking to change participant type from youth to adult or vice versa?
1) Log in to the congregation’s registration portal.
2) Click the “View All Registrants” button.
3) Click the "Switch" button next to the participant’s name.
4) Update the participant's information by clicking the "Home" button in the upper left corner. Then click "Add/Edit Youth Participants"; from there you can update that person's information.
🚌 Airport Shuttle Service
We’re excited to partner with Motor Coach Family of Brands to provide airport shuttle service from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to your hotel property. The cost for this service is $25 per person in each direction. Space is limited, so book soon!

🍽️ Catered Congregational Meals
Don’t want to deal with finding dinner reservations for your group? We’ve got you covered. The Gathering will provide catered meals at the convention center Tuesday through Friday evening. The cost will be $32 per person per meal.
Reservations for catered meals will close on June 1 or when capacity is met. Payment is due at the time of purchase to secure the reservation. Visit your congregational portal to learn more or to make a reservation.
💸 Final Payments
Final balances are due April 30. This includes all housing and registration fees. Please note that physical checks are not accepted. All payments must be made through your registration account via e-check or credit card. Any payments mailed to the churchwide organization may result in delays and additional processing fees.
💻 "What to Expect" webinar
On May 1 at 7 p.m., Gathering leadership will host a webinar on the logistics of the Gathering, covering transportation, venue policies, schedules and more. If you can’t make it, don’t worry — the webinar will be recorded, and the recording will be added to our YouTube channel within a week.
📚 Required adult leader trainings
All registered adult participants will be required to complete two trainings on gLearn. Starting May 1, adults will be enrolled in these courses. The deadline to complete the courses is June 15. Please note that adult leaders will not receive a wristband or access to any venues if these courses are not complete upon check-in.
