Registration for the Gathering, the MYLE and the tAble will close April 15. Join us for a week of faith formation, worship, fun, jazz and great food. Invite a friend (or two!) to the experience of a lifetime.

🔁 Looking to swap participants?

Until April 30 you can swap out participants without losing your deposit. Below are the steps to swap information for the same types of attendees (youth to youth or adult to adult). Unfortunately the information is locked if your participant will attend the MYLE or the tAble or has received financial assistance or synod support to attend. Please email [email protected] with your congregational ID, the former attendee’s name and the new attendee’s information. We’ll be happy to swap them out on our end.
1)    Log in to the congregation's registration portal.
2)    Click "Add/Edit Youth (or Adult) Participants."
3)    Click the pencil icon next to the name of the person who isn’t coming.
4)    Replace their information with the new person’s information.
5)    Make sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the screen once all edits have been made.


🔁 Looking to change participant type from youth to adult or vice versa?

1)    Log in to the congregation’s registration portal.
2)    Click the “View All Registrants” button.
3)    Click the "Switch" button next to the participant’s name.
4)    Update the participant's information by clicking the "Home" button in the upper left corner. Then click "Add/Edit Youth Participants"; from there you can update that person's information.


🚌 Airport Shuttle Service

We’re excited to partner with Motor Coach Family of Brands to provide airport shuttle service from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to your hotel property. The cost for this service is $25 per person in each direction. Space is limited, so book soon!

2024 Gathering Venue Policies

The following policies will be in effect at Smoothie King Center and convention center.

🎒 Clear Bags
Participants will be able to carry the following bags, packages or containers at the convention center, stadium plaza areas, stadium gates or when approaching queue lines awaiting entry into the stadium:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 cm x 15.25 cm x 30.5 cm.
  • A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  • Small, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap, can be taken into venues with one of the clear plastic bags.

Additionally, No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can conceal any part of the bag. Logos can only be on one side of the bag.

💧 Clear Bottles
Water bottles should be clear and/or translucent. No metal/aluminum or glass water bottles will be permitted.

💳 Cashless Venues
The stadium and convention center are cashless venues. Please be prepared to use a credit or debit card when purchasing food at concessions at either of these venues.


🍽️ Catered Congregational Meals

Don’t want to deal with finding dinner reservations for your group? We’ve got you covered. The Gathering will be providing catered meals at the convention center Tuesday through Friday evening. The cost will be $32 per person. Reservation and payment information will be added to your congregational account very soon.


💸 Final Payments

Final balances are due April 30. This includes all housing and registration fees. Please note that physical checks are not accepted. All payments must be made through your registration account via e-check or credit card.

Join Gathering leadership for a webinar preview of the Gathering, on April 17 at 7 p.m. Central! If you can’t make it, don’t worry — the webinar will be recorded, and the recording will be added to our YouTube channel within a week.
