Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in peace and justice, political science, education, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

1-3 years of experience facilitating trainings or teaching.

1-3 years of experience in peace education, immigration, and/or program development.

Demonstrated understanding of Anabaptist perspectives and diverse constituent groups.

Theological understanding of peace and justice.

Willingness to engage in open and loving dialogue on sensitive issues with people from diverse backgrounds.

Skills in public speaking.

English language fluency.

Skills in written and spoken communication around sensitive issues.

Skills in listening to varying constituent opinions around sensitive issues.
