Support the Executive Directors and Board in establishing and maintaining organization culture that prevents and responds to situations of abuse of power. Provide oversight of safeguarding efforts, ensure adequate staffing and resources to support programs to prevent and respond to abuses of power. Ensure screening and training of GSL participants and support to Connecting People’s Coordinators to prevent and respond to situations of abuse of power.
