I'm so happy you have decided to commit to your personal wellness by regularly setting aside time to exercise. We all know that regular exercise keeps us feeling well, but staying with a fitness program can be challenging for so many reasons.
Sometimes we mistakenly believe that the intensity of our workouts is what drives change, and then we miss what is really important. The key is consistency.
We can't change ourselves in just one day; there isn't a workout on Earth that can transform us in just one session. Instead, we need to focus on the long-term. Real change happens slowly, and that means we have to be patient. Feeling stronger, improving flexibility and increasing our mobility takes time, so keep at it!
The other thing we so often forget to do is enjoy movement. It's a gift! You're only one workout away from a good mood, and I'm so happy you are here to join me.
