Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has just announced that he will NOT veto our state's biggest global-warming legislation of 2022, the Climate Solutions Now Act. Last week, the Maryland General Assembly passed this groundbreaking bill with supermajorities in each chamber and now it will become Maryland law without the governor's signature.
